To understand these subtopics and to conduct research on them, these researchers use various approaches and techniques through which they are able to understand and evaluate the impact of these subtopics on the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization, as well as on groups and individuals working in the organization. The main focus is on the behavior of people as to why they behave the way they do. Sometimes the term organizational behavior is used by some people as the synonym of corporate culture. However, in practice, they are very much different from each other. To make this difference clear, the operating philosophy of an organization, which includes its standards, beliefs, values, attitudes, and other features, forms the basis of corporate culture. On the other hand, organizational behavior is the academic study of elements and components of corporate culture that includes the processes of an organization and the structure of an organization. The behavior of people themselves has the most significant effect on organizational behavior and therefore on the performance of an organization.
